The Illustrious Málaga Bar Association, with the collaboration of the Illustrious Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB), is organizing a new edition of the Art Seminar and Law, within the framework of the collaboration agreement that we have signed between the Bar Associations of Barcelona, Paris and Malaga in 2009 (the three cities have Museums of the exclusive work of Pablo Picasso), in order to promote international legal culture.

In this edition, the Art and Law Seminar will be held on June 21st and 22^nd of 2023 in Málaga, and will cover topics related to: ART/TECHNOLOGY/LAW.

There will be 5 work tables that will cover:

• Cultural Heritage and Technology
• Art market and metaverse, new litigation?
• Intellectual property and disruptive technologies applicable to art
• Cybersecurity in the art market
• Digital transformation or new realities?
